things that don’t exist: Prince of Egypt on Broadway

things that need to exist: Prince of Egypt on Broadway

"

The head of a company survived 9/11 because
His son started kindergarten.

Another fellow was alive because it was
His turn to bring donuts.

One woman was late because her
Alarm clock didn’t go off in time.

One was late because of being stuck on the NJ Turnpike
Because of an auto accident.

One of them
Missed his bus.

One spilled food on her clothes and had to take
Time to change.

One’s
Car wouldn’t start.

One couldn’t
Get a taxi.

The one that struck me was the man
Who put on a new pair of shoes that morning,
Took the various means to get to work but before.
He got there, he developed a blister on his foot.
He stopped at a drugstore to buy a Band-Aid.
That is why he is alive today..

Now when I am
Stuck in traffic,
Miss an elevator,
Turn back to answer a ringing telephone…
All the little things that annoy me,
I think to myself,

This is exactly where
I’m meant to be
At this very moment

Celebs react to “Shake it Off”

lokineedshugs:

creativefangirlurl:

no but seriously this was my favorite part because they were able to wear dresses and be feminine and stuff and at the same time be able to kick major butt

While using their individual characteristics of their storylines as weapons

it actually is illegal. officers are required to wear their name tags for accountability purposes.
if a cashier can be penalized for being on the clock without a name tag, so can an officer. the biggest  part about it is that you can’t even report it to their superiors because their superiors probably told them to remove their tags.

They are doing everything, everything, that they are not supposed to do. Purposefully breaking the very law they’re supposed to be upholding.

And the peacefully protesting citizens of Ferguson are being portrayed as the criminals, right? While they import outside agitators into Ferguson and call the lawful people of Ferguson animals, right?

Ad Campaign by Amnesty International Switzerland

Switzerland are always forward thinkers.

this is one of the most humbling ad campaigns i’ve seen.

"The message in the song (Shake It Off) is a problem I think we all deal with and an issue that we deal with on a daily basis. That we don’t live just in a celebrity take down culture WE live in a take down culture. People will find anything about you and twist it to where it’s weird or wrong or annoying or strange or bad. You have to not only live your life in spite of people who don’t understand you. You have to have more fun than they do."

"Lead Single Medley" by Taylor Swift

seagullsweater:

Taylor offers us a surprisingly smooth transition from 100% country to 100% pop through her five album lead singles.
